Architectural Designer

Juan Carlos Banos

Mr. Banos began his journey to pursue his craft of architecture when his family moved from El Salvador to the US. He knew at a young age he wanted to design. During high school, his art teacher introduced him to Frank Loyd Wright’s drawings. Along with his passion for drawing and painting, this inspired him to follow architecture as a career path.

After completing his undergraduate degree Juan Carlos joined MUES and quickly played an important role in the design process. Over the years he has taken part in a variety of projects such as commercial remodels, new single family, as well as extensive remodel work in large multi-family projects. Juan Carlos is dedicated to exploring the diverse processes that drive architectural design. His intricate approach to each design helps him draw inspiration from unique places, while also learning from the individual challenges each project may present.
