As a licensed architect across Colorado and other states, I don’t just see structures; I envision possibilities. My journey in architecture is built on the foundation of personal experience – from the thrill of identifying the perfect plot of land for my own home, to the deeply rewarding process of designing, permitting, and acting as the general contractor to bring that vision to life. This hands-on approach has etched invaluable insights into every stage of the property lifecycle, teaching me the art of balancing dreams with budgets, and transforming aspirations into tangible realities.

My deep understanding of architecture complements my work in real estate, where I guide clients through their property journeys with a unique perspective. My educational journey, including a Bachelor of Environmental Design from CU Boulder and both a Master of Architecture and an MBA from CU Denver, has sculpted a comprehensive understanding that bridges creative vision with business acumen. Further enhancing my qualifications, I am a LEED AP, hold NCARB certification, and am a licensed real estate agent in Colorado, as well as a proud member of the American Institute of Architects.
